What is a balanced meal?
A balanced meal is the meal which contains veggies, protein, oils and fats, and grains on your plate.
My balanced meal
For my balanced meal, I used a plate method:

Half of the plate contains vegetables
- Roasted brussels sprouts
- coleslaw made with carrots and cabbage
- roasted mushrooms
- spring greens

Quarter of a plate of protein:
- plant based burger
-
And the last quarter is grains:
- brown rice
